1. When placing an order with custom-bobblehead.com, you agree that your order cannot be cancelled, returned or disputed in the event you are not happy with your product. Our artists are excellent at what they do, but creating the human face is a very subjective process. We promise a 70-80% resemblance to the photos you supply us, but always keep in mind the figurines are an artistic rendition of you, not portraits or exact replicas. They are meant to be caricatures of the subject and with their oversized heads and small cartoonish bodies they cannot be another but that.

2. If you feel unsure about our work and quality, please email us and we’ll attempt to provide photographic samples showing the work and quality of our products.

3. Our products are made-to-order. Therefore, there are no refunds, no cancellations or exchanges and all sales are final. If you do not feel comfortable or agree to these terms, please do not proceed with an order.
